Every item in a set is branded with the method that suits it (engraving on steel, deboss on paper and leather, print on textiles), and the box or mailer can carry your logo and a card. Want a different mix? Any kit can be rebuilt from the catalog in the kit builder, and we price the assembly transparently. Your logo in one location, setup, the proof and free mockups are in the price. Proofs come back within two business days, most pieces ship about two weeks after you approve the proof, ground shipping in the US adds two to five days, and rush is available on almost everything. No platform or software fees.

- Is there a minimum on gift sets?
- Most sets ship one at a time with no minimum, so you can send a single welcome box or a thousand holiday gifts from the same design. A few sets are priced from 25.
- Can we change what is in a set?
- Yes. Swap any item for another catalog piece in the kit builder, or ask for a custom kit when you request a design. Assembly and packaging are priced per kit, shown before you commit.
- Do you ship kits to individual addresses?
- Yes. Give us a list or send a gift link so each recipient confirms their address and any sizes; kits ship direct, boxed, with a card if you want one. New-hire kits can trigger from your HR system.
- How does ordering work?
- Pick the pieces, choose colors and a size mix, and request a design. A designer sends free mockups within one business day, you approve a proof, we produce and ship to one address or to each person. Teams that order again keep their designs on file in the portal.
