The New Era Women's Power 1/2-Zip is a lightweight performance layer for workouts, commutes, and active days. Its 4.7-ounce polyester-spandex fabric wicks moisture and stretches as you move. The invisible kissing-welt zipper has a gunmetal pull, while thumbholes keep the sleeves in place. A slight drop-tail hem adds coverage, and the tag-free heat transfer label keeps the neckline comfortable. An inner locker loop makes it easy to hang between wears.
Your logo is screen printed on the upper chest for a clean branded finish. The reflective silver New Era flag remains visible at the left hem. This layer works well for a sales kickoff, especially when the agenda moves from presentations to a group activity.
