Keep front artwork to about 2.5 inches wide on unstructured caps and 3 inches on structured ones, and we will show it at true size on the proof.

What is the minimum for custom hats?
Almost every cap is priced from 25 pieces, with the price per hat dropping at 50, 100, 250 and 500. Colors can be mixed within one style toward the minimum.
Embroidery, puff or patch?
Flat embroidery for detailed logos and the lowest price. 3D puff for a bold wordmark or initial. Woven or leather patch on truckers and camp caps for a premium, outdoorsy feel. The product page lists what each cap takes.
Which hat for an event or a launch?
A Richardson trucker or an AS Colour five-panel for a drop that should feel like streetwear; a New Era or Flexfit structured cap for sports and fitted looks; a dad cap when you want it worn every day.
How much do custom hats cost?
Most caps land between $20 and $35 each decorated at 25 to 50 pieces, less at volume, with premium and performance styles higher. The price includes the front embroidery, setup, the proof and mockups.
How does ordering work?
Pick the pieces, choose colors and a size mix, and request a design. A designer sends free mockups within one business day, you approve a proof, we produce and ship to one address or to each person. Teams that order again keep their designs on file in the portal.
