Choosing a company t-shirt
A branded t-shirt only works if people wear it after the event. That is why this collection is built from retail labels rather than blank-catalog basics: AS Colour and Stanley/Stella for heavyweight and organic cotton, Rhone and OGIO for performance fabrics, Carhartt for workwear weight, Comfort Colors for the washed, garment-dyed look. Each product page shows the real sizes, colors and the price at each quantity.
For a logo tee the decision is fabric weight and print method. Midweight cotton (about 5.5 to 6.5 oz) takes a screen print cleanly and holds up to a hundred washes; heavyweight 7 oz tees read as streetwear and suit a limited drop. Screen printing is the default for one- to three-color logos and the lowest price per piece at 50 and up. Full-color artwork, photographs and gradients go on as direct-to-garment or DTF transfers with no color limit. A small embroidered left-chest mark upgrades a plain tee into something closer to a polo in feel.
Teams usually order a size run across S to 2XL for a launch or a conference, or set up a company store so each person picks their own tee and size. Both paths use the same design. - Screen print for one- to three-color logos and the best price at volume. Direct-to-garment or DTF transfer for full-color art, photos and gradients. Embroidery for a small chest mark that reads premium and lasts the life of the shirt. Each product page lists the methods that suit its fabric.
- How long do custom t-shirts take?
- Proofs within two business days, production about two weeks after approval, then two to five days ground shipping in the US. Rush is available on almost every tee; tell us the date when you request a design.
- How do we handle sizes for a team?
- Order a size mix (a standard run skews toward M, L and XL) or send a gift link so each person picks their own size and address before anything is made. Every product page lists its sizes; most apparel runs XS or S through 2XL or 3XL.
