The Carmu Balance Mat is a premium 5mm yoga mat designed for hot yoga and high-intensity flows. Its microsuede top develops more grip with sweat, so there is no need to layer a towel over the surface. An eco-rubber base adds support, while the 5mm profile cushions movement. The capsule-shaped mat measures 23 by 73 inches and is antimicrobial and moisture resistant. It is also made without PVC or phthalates, and is non-toxic and vegan.
